PicToPlateAI uses AI to analyze food photos, calculating macro values like calories, protein, fat, and carbs. It can also create an AI-powered weight goal plan upon request.

2. Age Requirement

While there is no strict age limit, users over 7 are requested to use the app for better understanding of the content.

3. Use by Creating an Account

You may need to create an account to use all features. Users are responsible for the accuracy of info provided during onboarding.

4. AI Usage

Our service uses advanced AI. These analyses are estimates and 100% accuracy is not guaranteed. Lighting, angle, and portion size can affect results.

5. User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for all content (photos, data) you upload. Illegal, infringing, or offensive content is prohibited.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

PRICES MAY VARY BY REGION AND ACCORDING TO THE AUTOMATIC PRICING AND POLICIES OF THE APP STORE. DISCOUNTS MAY BE APPLIED WITH CODES.
Payments made cannot be refunded by us unless there is a valid reason.

7. Free Starting Credits

New users may receive free credits to try the app. PicToPlateAI reserves the right to change credit amounts and duration.

8. Rate Limit

To ensure fair use, limitations may be placed on the number of transactions (analysis requests, etc.) within a certain period.

9. Intellectual Property

PicToPlateAI logos, software, design, and AI output formats are the property of PicToPlateAI. They cannot be copied without permission.

10. Availability and Changes

Updates may be made periodically. Service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.

11. Limitation of Liability (Health Warning)

CRITICAL WARNING: PicToPlateAI is not a medical device or dietitian. Data provided is for estimation only. Do not rely on it for health issues. Consult a doctor for serious concerns.
